A highly regarded private nursery in Mill Hill is seeking a committed and experienced Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is an ongoing role within a well-known nursery franchise, offering the opportunity to go permanent at the end of the year.

The Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will be based within the toddler room, supporting children through a key stage of their early development.
You will:
• Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities
• Promote a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs
• Follow safeguarding and EYFS framework guidelines
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
What They’re Looking For
This role would suit a Nursery Assistant who:
• Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Has experience working within a professional nursery setting
• Is confident supporting children within a toddler room
• Demonstrates a proactive, reliable, and caring approach
• Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to obtain one
