Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – 2-Year-Old Provision

Contract: Full-time, long-term
Start Date: After October Half Term

Enrich Education Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Tottenham, N15 looking for an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join its established 2-year-old provision.

The provision is growing, with new children joining after October half term, and the school is looking for someone who can become a genuine part of its experienced and supportive Early Years team.

You’ll work alongside three established members of staff, supporting children through play-based learning, small-group and 1:1 activities, as well as their everyday care and routines.

The Role

• Supporting children within the 2-year-old provision

• Play-based and free-flow learning

• Small-group and 1:1 activities

• Feeding and mealtime support

• Nappy changing and personal care

• Supporting sleep and nap routines

• Helping children develop communication, independence and social skills

• Working closely with the existing Early Years team

Hours

• 2 days per week: 8:30am–4:30pm

• 3 days per week: 10:00am–6:00pm

• 1-hour break each day

About You

The school is particularly looking for someone who is adaptable, resilient and happy to get stuck in.

You’ll need to be a strong team player who can use their initiative and is comfortable working in a busy Early Years environment where plans can sometimes change quickly.

Essential:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification

• Experience working with young children

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Confident supporting personal care

• Reliable and able to commit to a full-time position

Trials are taking place ahead of an intended start after October half term.
