Learning Support Assistant – Westminster W2

Enrich Education Recruitment are working with a highly regarded 1-form entry Catholic primary school in the W2 area of Westminster who are looking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant from September 2026.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a warm, welcoming and well-established school community where behaviour is excellent, staff are supportive and children are keen to learn.

The school is situated on a quiet side road, close to the busy and vibrant parts of Westminster, and is just a 5-minute walk from the local tube station.

The role

The school are looking for a capable and proactive LSA who can add real value across the school. The successful candidate will support learning in class, work with small groups, deliver interventions and boosters, and provide targeted support for children with additional needs.

This role would suit someone who understands how to support pupils academically, socially and emotionally, while also being confident enough to take initiative and work closely with class teachers.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working as an LSA, TA or SEN support assistant

Confidence supporting children across the primary age range

Experience delivering interventions, boosters or small-group support

A good understanding of SEN and inclusive classroom practice

Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach

The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

A reliable, flexible and team-focused attitude

Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, are highly desirable. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
