KS2 Teacher – Westminster Primary School
Enrich Education Recruitment is working in partnership with a large, high-quality 2/3 form entry primary school in Westminster to appoint a passionate and experienced KS2 Teacher for a full-time role.

The Role
You will be based within Key Stage 2, working closely with parallel class teachers, phase leaders and senior leaders to deliver engaging, structured and high-quality learning.
This role would suit a teacher who can deliver strong curriculum outcomes, build excellent relationships and create a purposeful classroom environment where pupils are challenged, supported and able to make strong progress.
You will play a key role in:
Delivering high-quality teaching and learning across KS2
Planning and delivering engaging, well-sequenced lessons
Supporting progress in reading, writing and mathematics
Using assessment effectively to close gaps and move learning forward
Creating a calm, structured and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting pupils from a wide range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds
Working collaboratively with year group colleagues and phase leaders
Contributing positively to the wider life of the school

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
QTS
Experience teaching in KS2
Strong curriculum knowledge across Key Stage 2
Confidence supporting progress in reading, writing and mathematics
Excellent behaviour management and classroom routines
A clear understanding of assessment and pupil progress
A reflective, proactive and team-focused approach
Commitment to inclusive practice
The school is ideally looking for an experienced KS2 Teacher, but would also consider an ECT who is already demonstrating strong classroom practice, confidence and a clear impact on learning.
