Enrich Education Recruitment is working in partnership with a high-quality, well-established nursery in Barnet to appoint a passionate and experienced Early Years Teacher for a full-time, permanent role.

The Role
You will be based within a Pre-School room (up to 32 children, 1:8 ratio), working closely with the Room Leader and a team of 5 educators to deliver engaging, structured and high-quality learning.
This is a hands-on, team-based position, where you will play a key role in:
Delivering high-quality early years teaching and learning
Supporting daily routines and classroom structure
Contributing to planning, observations and assessments
Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive environment
Supporting early reading and phonics development
Key Details
Full Time – 40 hours per week
Flexible shifts between 8:00am – 6:00pm (Monday to Friday)
50 weeks per year (not term time)
Salary up to £39,160 per annum (dependent on experience & qualifications)
Performance-related bonus up to 10% (paid biannually)

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
QTS or EYITT (or currently working towards this with an Early Years degree)
Experience within an Early Years setting
Confidence supporting or leading within a team
Strong understanding of synthetic phonics and early reading
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A caring, patient and proactive approach
Ideally live within a 40-minute commute of Barnet
